The long-awaited Firefly/Serenity spin-off comic focusing on the origin of Shepherd Book is coming soon at last. And the good news is creator Joss Whedon will be on-board as a co-writer of the three-issue series, according to editor Scott Allie. As we reported before, it includes how Shepherd Book found God in a bowl of soup, and took his name from a man he killed. Best news of all?
