Sean Bonner, Caryn Coleman, and Xeni Jardin (of BoingBoing fame) are putting together the first exhibition of cameraphone art to be held in the US. Called “SENT,” the show will open at the sixspace gallery in LA in February and include work by the likes of Cynthia Connolly, Glen E. Friedman, Penelope Spheeris, Weird Al Yankovic, Wil Wheaton, and others, but any can submit a photo for the exhibition as long as it’s taken with a cameraphone.
PS – Over at The Feature, Eric Lin explains why this is important.
