You may recall the iQue 3600, Garmin’s Palm handheld that comes with a GPS receiver. Now MiTAC is coming out with the first Pocket PC with built-in GPS, the Mio 168, which aslo has a 300MHz processor, 64MB of RAM, a 3.5-inch display, and an SDIO expansion card slot. Sadly, MiTAC has no plans to release this here in the US, just Taiwan and China.
