Microsoft is warning employees to “never approach a cougar,” as one of the kitty cats has been spotted near the Redmond campus. Or at least that’s what we’re told. I’m thinking that it’s actually Mrs. Gates who’s taking a stroll.

According to CNET, the memo sent to employees urges them to “make sure to give the cougar an avenue to escape, to talk in a calm, confident voice, and to back away slowly, as opposed to sprinting.” No word on whether the warning was company-wide or only issued to the charming young men of Microsoft.
