This hasn’t been officially announced yet, but courtesy of a filing with FCC, we’ve learned of a new slate-style Tablet PC coming from Fujitsu. The ST5000, which will be Fujitsu’s third Tablet PC so far, will improve on its predecessor, the ST4000 with a faster processor (1GHz vs. 933MHz), a larger hard drive (40GB vs. 30GB), and a bigger LCD screen (12-inches vs. 10.4 inches).
