Lucifer may be brewing up the perfect storm of teeth-rotting pop sweetness, by combining High School Musical with the tween-scream sensation cast of Twilight. Too bad that mash-up has already been poorly done.
According to MTV, Vanessa Hudgens tried out her pipes for the Twilight sequel New Moon. Rumor has it that she might have been trying out for the role of werewolf Leah Clearwater, Jacob or Sam or one of those moody kid’s angry cast-off. While this is a genius marketing move, it’s not really adding any more weight to the notion of New Moon attempting to be a better flick. But for now, this is all just casting chatter.
