Yes, trapped inside that mask is contortionist and actor Javier Botet. Everything you saw in the horror movie Mama was either prosthetics, or Botet’s actual body. The only thing added to this terrifying lady were decaying breast lumps and the wispy hell hair. Apparently the filmmakers wanted her to look like a Modigliani portrait. Mission accomplished.
