As it's done in the past with Android, Box is offering 50GB of free storage for new iPhone and iPad users following its latest iOS redesign.

That's an ample increase over its already generous 10GB free space, and could be enough to lure you away from that Dropbox account you've been clinging to. The deal is good for the next 30 days, so you've got some time to decide. And it appears to be 50GB for life, instead of one of those introductory deals that disappears in a couple of years.

Update: Make sure you're downloading Box 3.0; it was showing for me at time of posting, but some folks are getting the old version.
