Metroon is a mod for jailbroken iOS devices—$1.50 through ModMyi—that changes your UI to Metro. It’s missing live tiles, which is a pretty big loss, but it also behaves like Windows 8, not Windows Phone 8, which is an interesting difference from an actual WP device.
