Did you hear that Dell is going private? HP sure did! And the Palo Alto company would like you to know that it has serious thoughts about the whole thing that you definitely didn’t ask for but seriously everybody listen up for real this is important:

Okay, got it! A company thinks its major competitor is doomed. Great, good to hear. That is helpful. Then again, if there’s one thing HP knows, it’s how major transactions of any stripe can go horribly, incalculably wrong. [HP]
