There are things you instinctually don’t do. Rushing into a burning building is one. Fortunately for the citizens of Detroit, firefighters have tossed those instincts aside and with the help of Contour HD helmet cams have created an incredible video that shows what it’s like to battle a blaze.
The video is part of a larger film project currently seeking funding in Detroit. Entitled BURN, the film follows the men and woman of the Detroit Fire Department over the course of a year as they continue to do their job in a city with an uncertain future. [Detroit Fire Film via Buzz Feed]
