Artist Tsvetomir Georgiev just released a bevy of unused villain concept art for the Michael Bay-produced TMNT movie, seemingly back from the first draft when the Turtles were going to be aliens. Which means this may be the first look at “Schrader,” the soldier-Shredder William Fichter was supposed to play.
Supposedly the early draft of the movie featured the TMNT being aliens from Dimension X, and included the villains Krang, Bebop and Rocksteady, and Shredder was Schrader. And certainly, Georgiev’s concept art includes all of that. Here’s a better look at Schrader:
Schrader looks like a mid-tier Cobra soldier.
Assuming that all this is legit and the Turtle concept art he made was for the same draft, I presume this is what the Teenage Mutant Ninja Alien-Turtles would have looked like:
