Richard Curtis, creator of Blackadder, is officially writing a script for the 2010 series of Doctor Who. He’s also writing a screenplay for a low-budget film about a time machine. We mentioned this news in morning spoilers, but since the only source we could find at the time was the Sun, a notoriously unreliable tabloid, we cast some doubt on it. But now it’s being reported by the BBC and the Guardian, so it seems like a surer thing.
