Japan decided they needed to one-up the Americans yet again by unveiling a Segway that is minus the handles and steering mechanism. Safety and “riding-while-drunk” issues are my immediate concerns with this…? Hell, look at this guy: his eyes are closed so tight because he’s probably crapping himself.
