Judging by the wide-eyed insane grin on the model's face, it looks like she's really really happy to be sitting on this 6 foot long "The Big One" Kush Kush by the Sac Company. Looks like she has good reason to as well, since the Kush Kush looks to be one of the most luxurious and comfortable bean bags ever. Plus it can be used as a chair or a couch or simply as a bed, depending on how you sit on it. There's also a 3.5 foot "Small One" version, a U-shaped back rest, and a 5 foot "Mamba" that can be used as a body pillow or as a back rest for "The Big One." Dude—mambas? Big ones? Sacs? I think I saw this movie before.
