I had a minor heart attack/major heart palpitations today when Gizmodo's Brent Rose (whom we all affectionately call Ace) told me that The Smiths were going to be on SNL next week. It's not true! Put away the eyeliner, fellas!
But if you are feeling that retro love, this 8-bit track from Lazyitis will scratch a couple of itches for you. It's a cover of This Charming Man, done in chiptune (which is to say, the sound of classic Nintendo) and loaded up with Super Mario Brothers sound effects.
