This week in the world of cartoons, Legend of Korra is back for season two! In addition to TWO episodes of Korra, Avengers Assemble comes back from hiatus to gives us a full hour of new Marvel cartoons on DisneyXD.

As always - minor spoilers ahead!

Adventure Time - "Time Sandwich"

According to Finn & Jake, good sandwiches are worth risking your life to obtain. Magic Man steals one such sandwich that includes a free-range bird, tears, sous-vide meat, and the soul of a lobster, sending the cartoon world's Lennon & McCartney on a quest to return the concoction to their bellies.

Regular Show - "Benson's Car"

Mordecai and Rigby destroy the windshield of Benson's car while watching Zombie Pep Squad. Mord and Rigs steal the station wagon and try to fix the windshield on the sly, but a bounty hunter has other plans.

Beware the Batman - "Allies"

Barbara Gordon is in trouble this week, forcing Katana and Batman to further their working relationship. The second clip features Katana in an interesting (and highly protective) uniform selected by the Caped Crusader.

Unlike most Batman series, Batman and Commissioner Gordon are not exactly the best of friends (yet) on Beware the Batman, so the events of "Allies" might lead to a stronger bond.

Legend of Korra - "Rebel Spirit & Southern Lights"

Back for season two, Korra is looking to strengthen her connection to the ethereal in this hour-long block of episodes.

If you're a Korra fan, you can finally delete the poor-quality bootleg of "Rebel Spirit" taking up space on your hard drive.

Teen Titans Go! - "Colors of Raven"

Like Raven? This week you get five different versions of the sorceress, with the Titans chasing down the quintet to return the original Raven to her loveable self. "Colors of Raven" airs this coming Tuesday.

Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H. – "Savage Land"

Originally scheduled for last weekend, the "Hulks" join forces with Kazar to stop Sauron from detonating volcanoes and leading a dinosaur army across the Savage Land. This clip reminds me of Dino-Riders, and that's a good thing.

Avengers Assemble – "Depth Charge"

Longtime Fantastic Four & Sub-Mariner villain Attuma villain surfaces this week to attack Manhattan. No clip for the episode is available at the time of this posting. In the meantime, enjoy this appearance of Attuma from the episode "Atlantis Attacks" from the 2006-7 series, Fantastic Four: World's Greatest Heroes.

Do I need to watch Avatar: The Last Airbender before watching Korra? Or should I just straight into Korra?
