Motion Computing has bumped up the speed of its entry-level Tablet PC. The slate-style M1300 now comes with an 800MHz Celeron processor and has 256MB of RAM, a 20GB hard drive, a 12.1-inch display, and built-in 802.11b (with an option for 802.11g).
