Ten days from now, folks all over the world will get to see Luke Cage shake up Harlem’s criminal underworld in the upcoming Marvel show on Netflix. A new video gives a glimpse at the folks who’ll (foolishly) be shooting at the bulletproof superhero.
The two-and-a-half minute clip shows quick cuts of a fro-tastic Luke Cage behind bars and offers a bit more info on the shady doing of nightclub owner Cornell “Cottomouth” Stokes. We also see Rosario Dawson’s Claire Temple offering words of encouragement to Luke as in a moment where this man feels cursed by his power. The whole series debuts on September 30.
