If you’re looking for something good in this newest Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles trailer, you’ve got it: lots of new shots of the Turtles, the first semi-decent look at Shredder, and the jeep scene is legitimately pretty cool.
Of course, if you’re looking for something bad, the Turtles still have those highly disconcerting nostrils. Now they also sounds like 40-year-old men who have been stars of Jackass. Also, I’m not sure how Shredder’s identity as an evil ninja overlord jibes with his apparent desire to scientifically create heroes to save New York City, either. Does he not have a ninja army? Couldn’t they go save NYC if that’s what he’s into nowadays?
