The ND2525 grabs up to 40GB of images on a single charge, and stores pics on a >128GB, 2.5-inch hard drive. There’s even “hardware based data verification” to make sure your pics don’t disappear into the ether.
The only problems are that it only supports CF/MC cards, and it’s only available in Korea. If you’re looking for something not so fast, the Digimate III could work as well.
