Nokia 6265i Gets FCC Nod

Reading time 1 minute

The FCC recently approved the Nokia 6265i for release here in the states, which means it should be showing up in stores some time soon. The specs and looks of the 6265i is almost the same as the 6265: It’s a dual-band CDMA and AMPS phone with a 2 megapixel camera, 262k color LCD screen, 24MB of on-board mem, a miniSD card slot, Bluetooth, and USB options. The only difference the 6265i has over its predecessor, is that it also comes with a GPS module (which makes us think this will be carried by Sprint Nextel, but we’re not sure yet). Expect this in Q4 of this year.
