Nokia announced four new phones at CTIA this morning, the first being the clamshell Nokia 6126, at left. Quadband GSM with EDGE, 1.3 MP camera, a microSD card slot, music player capabilities (MP3, AAC, WMA) and QVGA display with millions of colors, expected to ship in Q2.
The other three handsets announced are all CDMA, all shipping in the second half of the year, and all have FM radios and Bluetooth standard. The 6175i is another clamshell with a 1.3 MP camera and a 128×60 pixel screen with 260K colors. The 2865i, the lone candy bar of today’s announced handsets, has push-to-talk, real music ringtones (MP3, AAC), and the same screen as the 6175i. Last and definitely the least of the bunch is the entry-level 2365i, which has MP3 ringtones and 128×160 pixel 65K color screen.
