The ‘Comes With Music‘ service lets users download an unlimited number of copy-protected tracks for 12-18 months after buying selected Nokia phones. But though its live in the U.K, Germany and Mexico, the U.S arrival has been pushed into 2010.

The reasons weren’t elaborated on, but I’m guessing Nokia is still straightening out deals with U.S carriers. It’s also interesting that the news comes right after Apple officially sent out invites for its September 9 event that willl likely include new iPods and an update to iTunes.

Sorry Fin fans, you’ll just have to wait. [Forbes]
