The chaps at the Mac Store in Maryland Heights, Missouri, put their thinking hats on and constructed the best fanboy furniture we have ever seen. The Macintosh II couch is constructed from 20 Macintosh II computers, which are all held in place by drywall screws. The Macintosh for your tosh is not available for sale, which makes us so sad we might cry. Well, at least we can dream about the plastic sofa goodness, as we can about sex with a real human being. Honda isn't the only one that believes in the power of dreams. [New Launches]

tin had this infinite wisdom to bestow on the world:

That couch is a PoS, looks like crap and is probably less comfortable than it is cool ... Do you dream about purchasing funirture thats only purpose is to ensure you will never be able to walk outside without being punched in the head?

gee you think? does it really look like crap? you think that possibly a couch made out of old computers could be cooler than it could be comfortable? see i didn't think you could top the brilliance of that PoS comment but wow did you ever. then you follow it up with that random "punched in the head" comment.

seriously though: shut up.

props to the guys from Maryland Heights. i'll have to see if i can check it out on my way back from work tomorrow.
