William Hungerford of Palmtops.About.com has put together his list of the top ten Pocket PCs. Heading the list: HP’s iPAQ h4350, which has a built-in keyboard and both WiFi and Bluetooth; and Toshiba’s new e800, the one with the high-resolution VGA display.
