Sony Japan just squirted out this press release today detailing the features of PS3 Update 1.60. The date for the firmware update will be March 22 (for Japan), with a U.S. release presumably coming shortly.
Among the features, there’s the Folding @ home we covered last week, new Internet browser features, a full-size onscreen keyboard, expanded Remote Play on PSPs, and background downloading! We know all of you are most excited about that last one. Because honestly, who cares about little kids dying when you can grab music videos while gaming?
