This is Puddle of Life, a multitouch game which allows four players to control species battling to dominate a pond. The game is designed to show how that preposterous idea called “theory of natural selection” works.
Each player controls one species, with cute creatures that have three different physical characteristics: Vision, Locomotion, and Fur. They respond to the ever-changing environment around them with emotions, moving in swarms unless a predator disturbs them. The player has to make the species thrive, selecting creatures with mutations to have sex, which in return get creatures which may be better adapted to the environment.
Yeah, that Darwin dude was crazy.
