Samsung’s SPH-i600 cellphone is finally coming out. The phone, which will be the second running Microsoft’s Smartphone operating system to be released in the States, has turned up on Verizon’s website. No built-in digital camera or Bluetooth and it runs the older 2002 version of the Smartphone operating system, but it does have a 65,000 color display, a 200MHz processor, 32MB of RAM, and is “GPS position location enabled.”
