“Ubiquitous Entertainment” of Japan is offering a free beta version of their “Site Sneaker” full browser for iMode phones. They claim is a “full browser” with support for PC web sites. I wouldn’t really call it “full” given it has no support for JavaScript, Flash or SSL, but it does support CSS. HTML data isn’t sent to the phone itself, either: it is first sent to a server which processes the information and will send compressed layout, text and image data to your phone. Ubiquitous Entertainment is shooting for ease of use with this one, where you sort of “drive around” pages using your phone’s d-pad or 2, 4, 6 and 8 keys.
