Camcorderinfo is jumping with joy about Sony’s DCR-DVD403 DVD Handycam, since it is reportedly the best DVD camcorder ever. They give it high marks all across the board, saying that it really only falls short in one area: manual controls. I’d be willing to bet that most people who buy DVD camcorders aren’t into hardcore video editing, though, so all is well.
