Sony’s new super skinny Vaio

By

Reading time 1 minute

New super skinny Sony Vaio laptop. The PCG-X505, which weighs a mere 785 grams and is just 9.7mm thick, is pretty much the lightest and thinnest laptop you can buy, and has a 1GHz processor, 512MB of RAM, and a 10.4-inch display. No built-in WiFi though, and most of the ports on it (like Ethernet and VGA out) have been pushed off onto a mini-dock attachment to save space. Available only in Japan right now, no word on when this might come out in the States.
