Not only does the spray bottle approach make it easier to add subtle additional flavor to your sushi, it also helps cut down on waste. Because I doubt any of us down that remaining bowl of soy sauce at a sushi restaurant like we did with the leftover milk in our cereal bowls as kids. There's no word on if or when Hukuman's sprayable soy sauce will be available in North America, but until it is, just buy a small spray bottle and put soy sauce in it.
