No word yet on when T-Mobile will carry the Treo 600, but they are going to start offering Motorola’s V300 cameraphone this week. Jon over at MobileTracker notes that the best thing about the V300 is its price: $100 gets you a phone with a VGA resolution digital camera built-in, 5MB of memory, and support for MP3 ringtones.
