Take a look at BBC’s insane zombie rehab series In The Flesh

The premise of In The Flesh is relatively simple: “Set after a zombie uprising, treated zombies are rehabilitated back into society.” But it is an entirely new twist on the rotting undead genre. We love the idea of rehabbed zombies who have to deal with the guilt of what they did in their “untreated state.” Would you want to keep living if you could remember the days when you ate human flesh? Would other humans really want you around either? It’s a great idea, and we can’t wait to watch this series. Also, look out for the “Beware Rotters” sign towards the end — very clever.

Here’s another trailer that showcases a newly-cured zombie’s inner monologue. In The Flesh Sunday 17th March at 10 PM on BBC.
