If you ever happen to get your hands on a functional taxi meter (I have no idea how you could actually get one) you can turn it into a digital clock with a little electronics know-how. Unfortunately there aren’t any step-by-step instructions, but the electronics junkies out there may be able to figure it out from the limited information and pictures.
