If you saw Guardians of the Galaxy and were wondering about what life was like for Peter Quill on Yondu’s ship — well, here’s your answer.
This is from Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy: Origins (shudder… Marvel should maybe not name its prequels “Origins” for a bit. It brings back Wolverine memories), which is a series of short animated prequels to the Guardians of the Galaxy cartoon. This is the second Peter Quill episode — the first one’s on iTunes if want to go buy it.
It’s pretty much exactly what we heard in the movie, down to Yondu threatening to eat Quill. So … perfect cartoon for kids? I guess?
