The Dark Knight Becomes First Movie to be Digitally Rented on Facebook

After releasing The Dark Knight and Inception as iPhone apps, Warner Bros. is breaking even more new ground by releasing The Dark Knight on Facebook. It costs 30 Facebook Credits ($3) to rent the movie for 48 hours from the official Facebook page. It can be watched full-screen, but also lets viewers use Facebook at the same time if they really must. [Hollywood Reporter]
