The dog-on-a-chip

Getting sniffed at the airport by dogs looking for drugs might become a thing of the past. The Office of National Drug Control Policy and the U.S. Customs Service are testing a new “dog-on-a-chip” developed by researchers at the Georgia Institute of Technology that is actually an electronic nose that can detect the presence of drugs molecules in the air.
