Not much in terms of details here, but we hear Dubai-based real estate developer Omniyat Properties is going to build a $800 million building that’s “inspired” by the iPod. The structure—which will definitely have iPod docks in all the toilets—will be started in 2007 and completed in 2009.

Twenty-three stories of iPod goodness. Perhaps someone should tell Omniyat that they shouldn’t get too attached to their project, seeing as a new generation building with touch-screen walls and video playback furniture will come in 2010.
