The iPhone 4’s Proximity Sensor Problem Might Not Be Fixed In iOS 4.1

Back in July, at the iPhone 4 Antennagate conference, Steve Jobs acknowledged the iPhone 4’s proximity sensor issues and said they’d be fixed in the “next update.” According to an Apple Australia spokesperson, they won’t.

The Next Web reports that an Apple Australia spokesperson said the company’s still working on a fix for the proximity sensor’s wonkiness, and it won’t be cleared up in time for the 4.1 update.
