Any dog, really. A large, ill-behaved agent in the Marmaduke vein could have greatly improved things, but even a small dog in the opening credits would’ve made a huge difference, as the above video proves.
According to Chris Carter, a script for a third X-Files movie has already been written. Here’s a tip, Chris: Next time around, don’t worry so much about the mythology and give the people what they really want (a cool dog).
