What if Sam Raimi wanted his Green Goblin to look more like an actual monster, and less a man in a mask? Then Willem Dafoe would have looked a lot like this. These clips of the rejected make-up tests for Raimi's Spider-Man are scary... but not necessarily in a good way.
Released by Amalgamated Dynamics, Inc., these videos show a very different version of the first Spider-Man movie's villain. We can kind of understand why it would have been hard to mutate Norman Osborn's face and then switch him back to a man (with the way the script is written). But, we have to admit that makeup is pretty bad ass. Well done all.
