The pants fit waists from 28 inches to 54 inches and have Velcro straps to tighten the waist and legs so the sauna effect doesn’t leak out. It comes with an adjustable temperature control that within “minutes, will make you sweat in the areas you need it most—the abdomen, waist, back and hips!” We’re assuming the combination of “sweat” and vibrations can fool people into thinking they’re losing weight but seriously, this is more ridiculous than the Shake Weight.
