There is one major flaw with this device. While your writhing on the floor, gagging on your own esophagus, how will your rescuer know that you have a neck puncturer handy. Chances are this do-gooder will end up using a ball point pen & you’ll be pissed that your $135 investment turned out to be a really expensive keychain ornament.

This is worse than Starbuck’s! The name is now a mash of two foreign languages, and it all adds up to mean “the most visually appealing aspect of paper”, with apologies to the misuse of the word vista.
