A blogger/possible Apple sleuth named Sonny Dickson showed us a gallery of lovely candy colored iPhones that might be Apple’s next smartphone earlier this month. Now Dickson’s released a video that gives us an even closer look at the housing of the purported iPhone 5c.

The video is further pushing the rumors that the next-gen iPhone might come in all colors of the rainbow, showing a yellow back. We’ve already seen renders of other colors that could be offered too. Compared with earlier iPhones, the housing of the new device is a little bit taller and very slightly thicker. It looks to have the same lightning connector, but for the most part it has a similar design to the iPhone 5.

This could totally be bogus, but it totally has us lusting after the possibility of a colorful iPhone. We’ll see if any of this holds true come September 10. [Sonny Dickson via BGR]
