It has been decades since humans last visited the moon, but this video, created by the Center for Lunar Science and Exploration from real photographic images, lets you imagine that you’re flying over the moon’s surface. So sit back, relax, and let the moon take over your monitor for a few minutes.

These images were all taken from the NASA Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter and stitched together by the Center for Lunar Science and Exploration. Even where you can see the seams, the video offers an unusual tour of our satellite, and a relaxing way to spend a little bit of the weekend. The music is by Off the Beaten Trax and this particular piece is titled, “Sadness and Triumph,” a rather apt way to describe our relationship with the moon.
