TigerDirect has suddenly decided to sue Apple over their use of the word “Tiger” in the name of their latest operating system. Tiger is set to go on sale today, but given how long ago it was that Apple announced the OS would be called “Tiger,” this seems pretty dumb. A search for “Tiger” yields TigerDirect in the #2 spot at Google, and Apple’s OS at the #4 spot? That’s enough to turn any jury in the land.
