We’re not sure exactly how time is “launched” with the $58 Time Launcher M clock, but we like the inside-out philosophy. Through watching the gears move by the second, we pretend that we have some level of understanding regarding how mechanical clocks actually work.
And then when friends come over to admire the clock, we act bored. “Oh, apparently you have never seen the insides of a clock before. It’s a cute novelty, but we bought the Time Launcher for the easy access in case it breaks and we need to fix it. Because we can fix clocks.”
