TiVo Series2 DT DVR

The TiVo Series2 DT is, as its initials suggest, TiVo's first dual-tuner model. We have one of these back at the office and didn't get a chance to film and/or molest it, so we'll just run down the goodies and give it a full hands on when we have a free moment next week.

The DT has two cable tuners and all of the current TiVo goodies including TiVoToGo and TiVo Online Scheduling and Services. Obviously, the biggest deal is that you can currently watch—and record—two shows at once. Then you have one of the best parts—the $99 price point, with subscription.

The DT will be available on May 1.
